Comedian Tracy Morgan, of “Martin,” “Saturday Night Live” and “30 Rock” fame will bring his “TRACY MORGAN: Picking Up The Pieces” tour to the Cobb Energy Centre April 30.

The tour will give audiences what they crave — a chance to see Morgan at his finest on stage.
“It’s just like falling off a bike and getting back on, that’s all: you don’t forget where the pedals are,” said Morgan in a statement. “People can expect more of what I did before. It’s me: funny + truth = Tracy Morgan. I can’t wait to get back to y’all; city to city, state the state, watch me operate.”
After a car accident in 2014, that left Morgan in a coma and killed his friend James “Jimmy Mack” McNair, Morgan’s bounce back is nothing short of triumphant. It will be interesting to see how Morgan ties in his experiences on the stage.
So if you need a laugh, or you just want to salute someone who has been through the unimaginable and watch them make a comeback, then join me April 30.
Tickets are $35 to $55, and are available at www.cobbenergycentre.com or by calling the box office at (770) 916-2800.
